Hi, I'm Paula Bregmen and I am the owner/opertor of Northern Beaches Nanny Agency. I live in Freshwater with my husband and 4 year old daughter. I studied Early Childhood Education in New Zealand and have 20 years experience as a professional nanny. Over this time, I worked with many different families and children of all ages and needs. My experience led me to be passionate about helping families find the right nanny for them and so I officially launched Northern Beaches Nanny Agency in 2023. I know that when it comes to hiring a nanny, qualifications are important, but personality match can also make a big difference. Finding someone who fits well with your culture and values can lead to a long lasting relationship with your nanny. When it comes to our children, continuity of care is crucial. That's why having a reliable nanny who can be an extension of you is so important. With a trustworthy caregiver, you can have peace of mind knowing that your child is in good hands even when you're not around. My experience as both a nanny and a parent puts me in a unique position to understand the importance of matching the right nanny for your family.
